Without this stamina, you may lack motivation and struggle to focus in the morning, or even overeat later in the day as a result. The best way to introduce breakfast to your morning routine is by making quick and healthy meals such as porridge or eggs, providing you with optimum stamina levels throughout the morning. Sleep really is essential if you want to perform to your best ability. Statistics reveal that those who sleep for 7-8 hours each night gains strength and stamina and are more likely to be productive, focused and positive than those getting less than a mere 6 hours. This is because your health and mind need to rejuvenate after a long day at work. Turn off your emails and spend time with friends and family, allowing yourself to wind down before bed. Try to avoid using technology just before you sleep and read a book instead, completely switching off from the stresses of the day. This will help you nod off quickly and get the proper rest you deserve.

4. Practice Yoga

Deep breathing signals your mind to relax. It helps us to regain concentration power and stamina. Observing your thoughts is another way to hit the pause button and watch yourself from an outside perspective. Notice the thoughts entering your mind and then let them go one by one. The thoughts will come back or new thoughts will enter your mind but your job is to simply observe and let them go. To give your mind rest, practice yoga at night before going to sleep in a peaceful area, where you can spend few minutes doing yoga giving your thought process a pause and relieving stress your mind. This will enhance your strength, stamina and your well-being. Just spend few minutes daily doing yoga and you will gain strength from inside and you will improve your well-being.

For small movements you need not need to take special time for it, you can do it whenever you are free at any time of the day, just spending 5 minutes after every few hours will work. On the days when you don’t get the chance to make movements, try to keep yourself active by switching between standing and sitting while working. You may also do jumping jacks or walk a few steps between the sitting time.

6. Connect With Nature

We are more disconnected from nature than ever before. Being in nature and listening to the natural sounds can make you feel peaceful. Spend some time under nature by taking an early morning walk or going out for a walk at night. Walking under nature refreshes your mind, develops strength and stamina in you and gives you a new thinking power.
